AUSA Andrew Stover has been a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Texas, Plano Office since 1997. Stover has been involved in numerous investigations and prosecutions including money laundering, violent crimes, domestic and international terrorism, bank fraud, wire fraud, tax fraud, benefits fraud, postal crimes, health care fraud, identity theft, and public integrity offenses. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney's Office, Stover was a prosecutor with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas from 1994-1997. Before that, he was a prosecutor with the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
