Beverly Frantz

Dr. Beverly Frantz is the project director for the criminal justice and sexuality initiatives at the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University. Dr. Frantz focuses her work on the intersection of disability, healthy sexuality, sexual violence, criminal justice, and the judiciary system. Dr. Frantz co-founded A Woman's Place, a domestic violence program and shelter. She has served on the faculty of the PA Victim Assistance Academy and is an adjunct faculty member at AEquitas, the National Prosecutors' Resource on Violence Against Women, and Temple University. Dr. Frantz is a nationally recognized speaker, author of peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, tip sheets, personal safety/sexual abuse curricula, and has produced numerous DVDs.
