Scott Snow

Denver Police Department

Scott Snow has worked for the Denver Police Department for over 23 years and is currently Director of the newly created Crisis Services Division. Scott has spearheaded multiple projects throughout his career, including creation of the first full-time, law enforcement-based Cold Case Victim Services Program in the country; implementation of Denver PD's first Witness Protection Program; initiation of the first dedicated domestic violence patrol/victim services project in Denver; and establishment of Denver PD's Crisis Intervention Response Unit. Scott provides training and consultation across the country and has been an instructor for the U.S. Dept. of Justice. He serves as Chair of Denver's Sexual Assault Interagency Council.
