Continuing education fees are included in your registration fee. Certificates will be accessible post conference, after responding to the conference evaluation. All continuing education credit is subject to self-reporting. The Conference does NOT submit continuing education credits on behalf of attendees.

INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIES OF EMERGENCY DISPATCH (IAED)

  • Up to 4 hours may be available for IAED-certified Emergency Dispatchers in the Workshops and Seminars category

Hours are self-reported through the IAED Member Portal

NATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR VICTIM ASSISTANCE (NOVA)

  • Up to 31.5 hours of CE for D-SAAP (Dept. of Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program)
  • Up to 31.5 hours of CE for NACP (National Advocate Credentialing Program)
Applicants will be required to provide a certificate of completion or transcript that indicates the total CE hours earned and if CE hours are planned to be used toward a NACP specialty designation, applicants will need to indicate which workshops were attended.

STATE BAR OF TEXAS (MCLE)

  • Up to 13.5 hours of CLE
  • Hours are self-reported through the Texas Bar portal (Course #174329900)
  • FV Credit Forms will be made available to attendees

Texas Center for the Judiciary (CJE)

  • Up to 21 hours of CJE with family violence subsection coding

Complete and submit the CJE submission form. Forms are required for subsection credit. All other credit can be submitted as usual with the applicable MCLE number.

OFFICE ON VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN (OVW)

OVW Tribal Affairs Division Programs Prior Approval: OVW Tribal Coalitions Program, OVW Tribal Governments Program, OVW Tribal Sexual Assault Services Program, and OVW Tribal Jurisdiction Program grant recipients are authorized to use grant funds originally set aside for OVW training and technical assistance  to support registration and travel costs for this non-OVW event. Recipients may use grant funds to support travel and registration costs for up to two (2) persons to attend the Conference on Crimes Against Women Summit: Beyond the Bounds to be held September 28 – September 29, 2026 in South Padre Island, Texas. Additional authorization, from an OVW Grants Management Specialist though submission of a Grant Award Modification (GAM) in JustGrants, is not required as long as a copy of this notice is maintained with grant file records for audit purposes. Grantees should ensure sufficient travel funds remain in their approved budget to cover the costs and that all travel policies are adhered to.

OUT-OF-STATE ATTENDEES

Training credit may be awarded at your state’s licensing agency’s discretion. 

HOW TO RECEIVE CREDIT

  • Your certificate will include provider numbers for this Conference. 
  • To receive accreditation, each attendee must report their attendance to their individual reporting agency. It is up to each individual reporting agency to accept eligible hours and report those hours. CCAW Staff will be monitoring each webinar for attendance accuracy in case of an audit. Please note completion of each session survey is required. 
  • Attendees must check-in to each session they attend and complete the survey in the app to receive credit.

NOTE: Only ONE certificate will be sent after completion of the survey, and will contain the name of the attendee who registered for CCAW. No certificates will be given to attendees who did not register for CCAW.
