Make sure to scan your badge at the door when entering each session. If you do not scan in, you will not receive credit on the certificate.

All cancellations must be made online by the attendee. Registrations cancelled by September 7, 2026, will be eligible for a refund, less a $50.00 service fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

Click ‘Already Registered’ at the top of the page > enter your email and confirmation number > click ‘Cancel Registration.’

Make sure you scan into sessions with your badge and complete the survey on the mobile app. Once you submit the overall event survey through the mobile app, you will be emailed your certificate. 

OVW Tribal Affairs Division Programs Prior Approval: OVW Tribal Coalitions Program, OVW Tribal Governments Program, OVW Tribal Sexual Assault Services Program, and OVW Tribal Jurisdiction Program grant recipients are authorized to use grant funds originally set aside for OVW training and technical assistance to support registration and travel costs for this non-OVW event. Recipients may use grant funds to support travel and registration costs for up to two (2) persons to attend the Conference on Crimes Against Women Summit: Beyond the Bounds to be held September 28 – September 29, 2026 in South Padre Island, Texas. Additional authorization, from an OVW Grants Management Specialist though submission of a Grant Award Modification (GAM) in JustGrants, is not required as long as a copy of this notice is maintained with grant file records for audit purposes. Grantees should ensure sufficient travel funds remain in their approved budget to cover the costs and that all travel policies are adhered to.

Upon completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Included in this e-mail is a link to view or modify your registration as well as payment information. Follow the link to return to your conference registration. Enter your confirmation number (provided in the e-mail) to access your registration. You will then be able to make any changes or modifications to your registration that are necessary.

Upon completion of registration, you will have the option to print your invoice or receipt. You will also receive a confirmation email. Included in this email is a link to view or modify your registration, update your payment information, or print your receipt/invoice. If you require different documentation or a more detailed invoice, please contact our Conference staff by email at info@conferencecaw.org. 

Conference attendees should dress professional / business casual. 

No animals are allowed unless they are recognized service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Yes! There will be a breakfast buffet at Bar Louie (located in the Courtyard Marriott hotel) for attendees. Lunch will be served in the exhibitor hall and dinner will be provided on Monday during our Ignite the Night networking event. For specific food options, please see the mobile app under “Food” for more details.
