BLOOM365 provides comprehensive training and technical assistance services for the prevention of interpersonal violence within Gen Z. We specialize in delivering peer advocate trainings for Gen Z youth and response trainings for “natural helpers,” such as parents, caregivers, school personnel, law enforcement, military personnel, mentors, coaches and more. With a focus on root cause prevention program implementation and evidence-informed practices, we enhance the capacity of our student, school, military and corporate partners to achieve sustainable impact. Our collaborations with young people and the trusted adults in their lives enhance safety, strengthen healthy relationship building skills, elevate empathy and accountability, and accelerate interpersonal violence prevention and response strategies across the U.S. Our big hairy audacious goal is to educate and activate 10% of Gen Z youth by the year 2030 to uproot abuse in a generation.
