If your agency receives OVW grant funding, your CCAW registration and travel may qualify for coverage under those funds. Reach out to your grant manager to confirm and request approval.

The link to book under CCAW’s negotiated room block for the hotel is provided in the confirmation email once you register for the conference. This is the only way to make a reservation in one of the conference’s negotiated blocks. We cannot guarantee the information you may receive if you contact the hotel directly or through their central reservations agents.

Please note: The hotel restricts reservations to three rooms per session. Additionally the hotel requires a deposit equal to one night’s stay to confirm your room(s). Full payment will be due upon check in.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your deposit if your reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
