The Conference is held at the Sheraton Downtown Dallas
The link to book under CCAW’s negotiated room block for the hotel is provided in the confirmation email once you register for the conference. This is the only way to make a reservation in one of the conference’s negotiated blocks. We cannot guarantee the information you may receive if you contact the hotel directly or through their central reservations agents.
Please note: The hotel restricts reservations to three rooms per session. Additionally the hotel requires a deposit equal to one night’s stay to confirm your room(s). Full payment will be due upon check in.

Parking
Conference attendees can park in the Sheraton garage for $15.00 plus tax per day. Valet parking is $29.00 plus tax.
Getting Around Dallas
The DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) rail provides transportation service around downtown Dallas as well as outside the downtown area, including Northpark Center for shopping or MockingbirdStation for shopping, restaurants and the Angelika Film Center.
The D-Link provides FREE transportation to destinations in downtown Dallas and historic Oak Cliff.
The M-Line Trolley provides transportation to the Uptown area of Dallas with many fine dining and shopping establishments. You can also find information about the trolley on the DART website.
