OVW Funding
If you receive funds from the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW), you may be eligible to use them to attend the Conference.
2024 grantees from the following programs are approved to attend CCAW this year (please see below for details as certain programs have differing requirements):

All programs:
OVW Grantees from the Tribal Governments, Tribal Special Assistant US Attorney, Performance, Legal Assistance for Victims, Assessment, Research and Evaluation program(s) do not have to submit a GAM or obtain permission from their program specialist.
OVW Grantees from the Justice for Families, Culturally Specific Services, Transitional Housing, Sexual Assault Services Culturally Specific, Disability, Underserved, State Coalitions, STOP, Campus, Restorative Justice, Consolidated Youth, Engaging Men, and Rural program(s) are required to submit a GAM to get approval specific to their awards.
OVW Grantees from the Tribal Sexual Assault Services, Tribal Coalitions, Tribal Jurisdiction, Abuse in Later Life, and Improving Criminal Justice Responses program(s) are required to contact their program specialist directly for approval.
Tribal programs:
Per Sherriann Moore, OVW Deputy Director for Tribal Affairs, Tribal Governments Program, Tribal Jurisdictions Program, Tribal Sexual Assault Services Program, and Tribal Coalitions Program grantees are authorized to support registration and travel costs for up to three (3) tribal leaders or tribal representatives to attend the 2024 Conference on Crimes Against Women, utilizing grant funds, without seeking additional specific authorization from their OVW grant managers through submission of a Grant Award Modification (GAM) in JustGrants. If a tribal grantee requests to cover costs for more than 3 tribal attendees, please contact your OVW Tribal Grant Management Specialist for approval. Grantees should ensure sufficient travel funds are available in their approved grant award budget to cover these costs, including funds available for other grantee required annual travel. Grantees should keep a copy of this notice in their grant file for audit purposes.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made online by the attendee.
To cancel your registration, click Modify Registration below or in your confirmation email, then click ‘Already Registered?’ in the top right corner, enter your email and confirmation number, then click the Cancel Registration button.
Registrations cancelled by April 5, 2024 will be eligible for a refund, less a $100.00 service fee. If you cancel after April 5th, you will not be refunded. The $40.00 service fee for purchase orders is nonrefundable. CCAW is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as COVID related cancellations, health issues, weather conditions, etc.
TRANSFER REGISTRATION POLICY
All transfers must be made online by the attendee.
You can transfer your registration to someone else free of cost. To do so, click Modify Registration above, enter your email and confirmation number, then click the Transfer Registration button.
