What is the conference schedule?

Keynote at 8am Monday 

Monday sessions 10am-4:30pm 

Tuesday sessions 8am-2:30pm

Does the Summit offer accreditation?

How do I get credit for attending sessions?

Make sure to scan your badge at the door when entering each session. If you do not scan in, you will not receive credit on the certificate.

How do I get my certificate?

Make sure you scan into sessions with your badge and complete the survey on the mobile app. Once you submit the overall event survey through the mobile app, you will be emailed your certificate. 

Is the Summit OVW approved?

OVW grantees interested in using OVW grand funding to cover the costs of attending this event must submit a grant award modification (GAM) to the DOJ JustGrants system for approval.  

How can I make a change to my registration information (Name, Address, Etc.)?

Upon completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Included in this e-mail is a link to view or modify your registration as well as payment information. Follow the link to return to your conference registration. Enter your confirmation number (provided in the e-mail) to access your registration. You will then be able to make any changes or modifications to your registration that are necessary. 

What services are available for ADA needs and requests?

CCAW encourages persons with disabilities to participate in our programs. Please contact Megan Smith, msmith@conferencecaw.org no later than September 6, 2024 if you have a specific request or accommodation. 

We will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

How do I get a receipt or invoice for my conference registration?

Upon completion of registration, you will have the option to print your invoice or receipt. You will also receive a confirmation email. Included in this email is a link to view or modify your registration, update your payment information, or print your receipt/invoice. If you require different documentation or a more detailed invoice, please contact our Conference staff by email at info@conferencecaw.org. 

What meals are included in the registration fee?

Registration includes continental breakfast. Lunch and dinner are not provided, but many lunch and dinner options are available within or surrounding the hotel. Click HERE to find options. 

Is there a dress code?

Conference attendees should dress professional / business casual. 

Can I bring my pet?

No animals are allowed unless they are recognized service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Are meals provided?

There will be a light breakfast of eggs, sausage, toast, pastries, fruit, and coffee daily. Lunch and dinner are not provided and should be purchased individually by attendees. Food will be provided during the Ignite the Night event.
